UF & UF Health Resources
Free group fitness classes are offered on a daily basis to all employees. Location and time vary by class. (Classes are offered online during Covid-19 pandemic) Participants do not need to sign up in advance. All participants are required to complete a waiver.
Join coworkers from across UF and UF Health in this bi-annual challenge. This four-week walking challenge will encourage you and your coworkers to get up and get moving! Participants and teams track and record their daily steps throughout the challenge and compete against other teams from UF and UF Health.
Body Composition Screenings
Provide information on weight, BMI, body fat or body composition, and hydration. After the screening, meet with a health educator to discuss your results and determine ways to improve your numbers. Contact the GatorCare Wellness at email@example.com to schedule a screening for your department or make an appointment to stop by the GatorCare office in the 1329 Building to get screened.

Sign up to get a weekly delivery of fresh, seasonal produce from an area farmer; pick-up location available on campus.

One of Gainesville’s newest fitness and wellness centers; medical fitness and personal training available. 30 minute group fitness class available.
Membership provides access to recreation and fitness facilities, group fitness classes, fitness assessment center and indoor intramurals; premium services include massage therapy, personal training and small group training.
Not just for students, the UF Student Health Care Center also offers a variety of fee-based health care services for employees, including immunizations, travel counseling, laboratory services and pharmacy services.
College Student Health
UF’s Student Health Care Center helps patients achieve maximum physical health so that each may participate fully in the educational and personal growth opportunities afforded by the University. Primary and specialty care available include illness and injury treatment, pharmacy services, immunizations, women’s health services, nutrition counseling, sexual health services, sports medicine and physical therapy.
