UF Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The UF Employee Assistance Program offers someone to talk to and resources to consult whenever and wherever you need them. All UF faculty, staff, graduate assistants, non-student OPS employees, house staff/residents, and postdoc associates as well as their household members are eligible to receive services.

Everyday Empowerment Text Campaign

  • Text-Based Program, June 7-27 
  • Join Everyday Empowerment to receive tips and strategies on how to make your day brighter! This three-week, text-based campaign will focus on cultivating joy, gratitude, and mindfulness with activities designed to de-stress and promote self-care. 
  • To join, text @gcempower to 81010. You’ll receive a confirmation text in response. Texts will be sent at varying times each day from June 7 through June 27.” 

Supportive Gators 

The Supportive Gators workshop is designed to improve social, emotional and mental health outcomes for those affected by social isolation and loneliness. The program empowers UF faculty and staff to strengthen their current social support networks and build new networks.

Resilient Gators

The Resilient Gators program is designed to inform and empower the UF community to build resilience and coping skills.

Grief and Coping with Loss

In this workshop, the aim is to normalize grief and share some valuable information and resources.

Good Night Gators

This program aims to provide you with the knowledge to make the right decisions when it comes to sleep. Choose to participate in either a live or recorded presentation, then receive four weeks of online coaching via email to help you build and support better sleep.
