We have created and continue to create toolkits and resources that are designed to support developing and adopting healthy behaviors. Some of the resources are designed to support individual health journeys. The resources are listed here for use by UF employees on-demand to support them wherever they may be on their health and wellness journey.
Other resources may be designed to support unit-wide initiatives. Their purpose is to bring a social aspect to creating healthy behaviors which we hope will create networks of support in creating a culture of health.
If you have a suggestion for a resource that should be included, please email email@example.com.
