2021 Men’s Health Month Fitness Challenge
Celebrated in June, Men’s Health Month brings awareness to health issues faced by men. To promote this initiative, we have created the Men’s Health Month Fitness Challenge!
Regular physical activity can be an effective and simple way to improve health outcomes. This is a self-paced challenge that can easily be added to your daily routines to get into the habit of regular workout, or it can be used to supplement your current workout routines.
We have tested and selected the following mobile applications that are available both in the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. These apps provide a set schedule of simple workouts that gradually increases in intensity throughout the month. They provide a great rotation of workouts to engage different muscle groups on different days. Most importantly these apps are free to use and no purchase is necessary. Please note that there are premium versions of these applications; however, you can continue to use the free version of the apps without limitation.

- Complete the registration form below. You will receive an automated email with more links to the applications and instructions to get started.
- Start your workout and try your best to maintain a regular routine for 30-days.
- Post your progress to social media using the hashtag #MensHealthUF and tag us @WellatUF
- Follow up! We will follow up via email to check-in on your progress. Let us know how it’s going and keep track of your progress.
